Carolina Dawn - Acogedora casa transitable andando hasta el centro

The house was really well situated and pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. It was a short, easy drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking as well. The house was well appointed if a bit spartan. There was some trouble with a couple of the appliances and (maybe because I was tied up with work for ten hours on the day the trouble appeared) we had trouble working that out. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Beautiful property that has everything we needed. Host was gracious and responsive to questions. We had a great time!

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I, we loved that we could walk to downtown Sylva. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to play a round of golf at the Smoky Mountain Country Club, and bringing home a bushel of fresh picked apples made my day. Thank you.

Clean, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing home in a great location, quiet neighborhood. New update appliances, great internet service. Plenty of room for family and dogs. Walking distance to downtown Sylva, NC. Great walking area for dogs. Park down hill. Nice clean backyard with grilling area (gas grill). Definitely planning to book again for next visit if available hoping to explore Main Street shops. Owner friendly and helpful. Quick response when contacted.

The location of this home was perfect! We walked down the hill each morning for the best breakfast sandwiches and coffee at White Moon! We could walk into town for dinner and walk home, it was great. We had some really great meals and unique drinks all within walking distance. The home was very clean and it was nice to find the basics such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. There was even a few K cups for coffee. Great owner communication about check-in and to make sure everything was acceptable.
